PYE - Partners for Youth Empowerment is an international charity that partners with communities around the world to activate the creative potential of young people and adult mentors.

The brief

PYE's brand strategy partner, Visceral Business, briefed me to rebrand the entire organisation, develop a suite of communications and create a community driven website.  Elements were to be combined in a branding 'Toolkit' complete with comprehensive identity guidelines.

The brand had to appeal to a youthful demographic and capture PYE's pioneering, creative heart and soul.

New York-based Project Exponential brings together artists, professionals and entrepreneurs on an invitation-only basis to form relationships where meaningful work can flourish.

Results

PYE stakeholders are based across the globe so the branding process began with a number of online discovery consultations coordinated by Visceral Business. A series of brand creation exercises led to an impactful, colourful logo which reflected the creativity at PYE's core.

The website centres around their blog and events calendar, encouraging repeat visits to view the ever evolving content. The site features an intuitive content management system and social media tools allowing for effortless sharing of information and toolkit elements. 

Since launch, PYE's extensive online network has grown to more than 10,000 creative change-makers and continues to build.
